Southern Cross Event Hire is the largest supplier of portable equine stabling and yarding systems in the Southern Hemisphere. Established in 2005, our aim is to provide the very best in portable infrastructure for equestrian events across Australia catering for everything from international level competitions to local pony club gymkhanas.
Our experienced team will deliver, erect and dismantle stables and yards to the grounds of your choice, giving you the flexibility to hold your event wherever and whenever you choose.
What we Offer
Safety and Performance
STABLE HIRE
Our stables offer a fully enclosed deluxe stabling option for your event allowing you to attract high end competitors to your competition, auction or expo. Stables are available with or without a roof attachment allowing them to be installed either indoors or out in the open and have the option of lighting on request. Our stable panels feature a unique patented high-density foam padded vinyl construction that can take the punishment any horse can dish out. These stalls have an outstanding safety record and have become a must have for any event wanting to attract high end competitors.
YARD HIRE
Southern Cross Event Hire yards provide a safe, cost- effective solution where day yarding and overnight facilities are required. Our yards can be set-up in a number of configurations to cater for any event big or small.
LONG TERM HIRE
At Southern Cross Event Hire we offer long term hire of our stables as a simple solution to owners, trainers and businesses that require additional stables for their operations. Stables can be set up on-site, with or without roofs and require no DA approval (classified as temporary structures). Minimum numbers and hire periods apply.
